Karierne štenge 2024
On September 27, 2024, Tom-Tech participated in the Karierne Štenge career fair, an event focused on connecting young people with potential employers and career paths.
We were excited to present our company to numerous enthusiastic students from technical high schools and general secondary schools. During the fair, we introduced them to what we do, how we work, and what kind of career opportunities they could pursue at Tom-Tech – whether in the workshop, on installation projects, or in the development phase.
As part of our presentation, we prepared a live demonstration of plastic sheet welding, one of the core skills we use in our daily work. To make it even more engaging, we organized a friendly welding competition, where students could try welding themselves. The winner walked away with a practical prize, and many others left with a deeper appreciation for technical professions.
For us, taking part in Karierne Štenge was more than just promotion – it was a way to connect with future talent, spark interest in our industry, and show that technical work can be both innovative and fun.
We thank all the students who stopped by and look forward to seeing some of them again – perhaps as future colleagues!
