Challenge
The company Kolektor Sisteh was responsible for the implementation of the project of dosing detergents in washing machines for a Swiss pharmaceutical company that produces high quality elastomers.
The client wanted to have chemical containers, drainage containers and dosing pumps combined all in one place in the basement. He also wanted to have piping installed through all the production hall. We had to meet all the safety criteria.

Process
We collaborated with Kolektor Sisteh on this project from the very beginning. We looked for technical solutions for optimal implementation of the project. First, an iron platform was made in our workshop on which the dosing pumps, safety valves, water flux and other equipment was mounted. Chemical and safety containers were also made in the workshop. We also produced canaletts, which were divided in several ventricles. We made a custom-made platform under which safety containers and containers with chemicals were placed. This was followed by installation of protecting canaletts and piping to individual machines in the production hall. A total of 1000 m of pipelines were distributed across the production plant into 100 m of protective canaletts.
Result
The dosing system was designed according to all the safety criteria and I a way that all the required equipment was in one place. At the end the client was very satisfied with the implementation of the project. Kolektor Sisteh received two additional projects from the same client based on the good experience and contentment.
