Our client, GP Sistemi, required the design, fabrication, and installation of a dosing system for ammonia water in a wood processing plant in Belgium. The primary challenge was developing a complete and efficient solution, including a filling and dosing cabinet, a storage tank, and full on-site assembly. The client needed a turnkey system that would seamlessly integrate into their production process, ensuring reliability and safety in handling ammonia water.

Process
Based on the provided P&ID, we designed the filling and dosing cabinet, ensuring it met all operational and safety requirements. The metal storage tank was manufactured externally to meet the required specifications. Once all components were ready, our team transported, installed, and assembled the system at the client’s facility in Belgium. The entire process required precise coordination and execution, ensuring a flawless installation that met the client’s expectations.

The completed ammonia water dosing system provided GP Sistemi with a reliable, efficient, and fully integrated solution.
